Brett Garrett, founder and editor of Oak Park Update, is a resident of Oak Park, California. He moved to Oak Park in July of 2001 with his wife and two children and immediately fell in love with its family environment and small town atmosphere. Brett is a Licensed Realtor and General Contractor. Once settled in, Brett began attending meetings in Oak Park, like the monthly MAC meetings, the School Board Meetings, Park Meetings, Local Fund Raising Meetings and Homeowners Association Meetings.
